The 圣安东尼奥学院 参议院工作人员 represents classified and 专业 staff at 圣安东尼奥学院 and meets with 大学 leadership regularly. The SAC 参议院工作人员 also works in cooperation with 参议院工作人员s from other colleges and district offices of the Alamo 大学 区 as representatives of the Executive 参议院工作人员 (ESS). Through ESS we meeting with 区 领导 on a monthly basis.

目的

The mission of SAC 参议院工作人员s shall include—but not be limited to—advocacy for the career advancement, job welfare and working environment of all staff at the respective entities for which 参议院工作人员 is formed.

愿景

• To represent the concerns of classified, 专业, 兼职, and temporary staff to SAC's 大学 administrators.
• To address issues that concern the job welfare and job environment of all staff.
• To serve as a communications link among staff, faculty, and administrators.
• To conduct studies or surveys regarding matters of concern, as suggested or required.
• To promote activities conducive to the 专业 development of all staff.
• To provide input to 阿拉莫大学 区 policy, 预算规则, and regulations for the benefit of staff
